Valarie King is one of the most sought-after flutists in the Los Angeles area. Armed with a B.A. in music from USC, Valarie is equally comfortable working in recording studios or on stage. Venues have included performances at the Hollywood Bowl with legendary jazz flutist Hubert Laws and classical great Jean-Pierre Rampal during their monumental concert and tour. Ms. King has also played to sold out audiences with Ella Fitzgerald, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Tony Bennett, John Denver, Robert Goulet and Ray Charles. Her roster of recording credits reads like a musical cross section of Who's Who, including Barbara Streisand, Elton John, Babyface, Celine Dion, Natalie Cole, Tony Bennett, Patti Austin, Dionne Warwick, Phyllis Hyman, Johnny Mathis, George Benson, David Benoit, Nina Simone, Terrance Blanchard, Grover Washington, Jr., Madonna, Michael Jackson, Brian Mc Knight, Lionel Richie, Pattie La Belle, Luther Vandross, Michael Bolton, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Moody Blues and others.
