With names like Quincy Jones, Ed Shaugnessy, Louis Bellson, Marvin Hamlisch and Arturo Sandoval on her list of performance credits, the respect afforded the musical talents of saxophonist and flutist Jacqueline Klimek are apparent. "West Side Story", "Guys and Dolls", and the "Happy End" production by the Museum of Contemporary Arts begin the list of theater performances. Jacqueline Klimek began performing at a young age and received numerous awards and honors including her performance with the National Grammy Awards All-Star Jazz Band for the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. Her tenure with the California State All-Star Jazz Band took her on tour in Japan and to the legendary Monterey Jazz Festival. As if her impressive career and accomplishments weren't enough to keep her occupied throughout the years, Jacqueline with a B.A. in jazz studies from USC in hand, is ready to take her musical talents to the highest level.
